1. How do I open an account with Bitcoin SportsBook
Joining Bitcoin Sportsbook is easy; click the orange REGISTER button on the home page and complete all the information. Once done, click the orange JOIN NOW button to finish. You will receive a welcome email and be ready to make your first deposit and start playing.
2. What are your customer support hours?
Bitcoin SportsBook's support team is available 24/7 via [email protected]. However, response times will very but never extend past 24 hours.
3. How do I get a bonus?

6. How are rollovers calculated?
The free play bonus rollover is calculated by taking your deposit plus fees and your bonus, or bonus win amount, whichever is higher, times the rollover amount — the lower amount between the risk and the win counts towards the rollover requirement.*All free play bonuses are for straight sports wagers only. For a Casino Bonus, you must rollover the deposit plus the casino bonus and the fees 40x. Once the rollover has been completed, the casino bonus monies will be released to your real-money balance. The max win on any casino bonus is $5000. Only slot games count towards the rollover.
7. When are payouts processed?
Payout requests are currently processed 7 days a week, from 9am to 5pm EST Monday through Friday and Sunday from 9am to 12pm.
Only 1 payout per day, per account with a max of 2 per week. One FREE payout per month. The remaining payouts will require a withdrawl fee. Under 1,000 will be $5 and over $1,000 will be $10. Minimum withdrawl is $25 with a max of $2000.
8. Do you restrict any countries from playing at BitcoinSportsBook?
